    3. Choose View Document next to the year and document type you need

If you need to take leave, please contact your General Manager or email info@maclaff.com to inquire if your upcoming leave will qualify for FMLA leave. For leave other than Medical leave for you or a member of your immediate family please discuss with your General Manager.

If you are interested in advancing your position through promotions, speak to your General Manager or Area Supervisor to develop a training program specifically suited for advancement.

  • MacLaff abides by the Affordable Care Act. If you have reached or maintained full time status (130 hours per month or at least 30 hours per week) after your first year of employment or for existing employees during the period of November 1st through October 31st of the preceding year, you will be eligible to participate in our group insurance. Your Human Resources department will contact you through your personal email with instructions on how to enroll if you have reached full time status.

  • You can change this information by logging into your insurance portal that you will receive during enrollment or you can email your information and request to change to info@maclaff.com
